It's been said that pain, whether it be physical or emotional, can heal over time. But if you solely rely on time to heal whatever you're dealing with, you won't really ever be at peace. "Alone" is about reflecting on a relationship that hit a rough patch, and you start to blame yourself for everything. You isolate yourself and your thoughts, but in the process, you feel like you have no one to reach out to.
